What data we collect
We process the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, work email, company, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up on a potential business relationship.
The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a relationship begins, for its duration plus any legally required periods. Otherwise we delete it once the enquiry is resolved.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting and form handling) acting as data processors under contract.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU/EEA. Where a provider operates outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
